Willco Construction, LLC

Founded in 2005, Willco Construction is a specialty builder of one-of-a-kind, custom homes. Never mass produced, owners Ryan and Kim Williams believe in limiting the number of homes built each year. Where most builders rely solely on subcontractors, Wilco partners with leading Wichita contractors —including Key Construction— and has maintained a full-time foreman of over 10 years.
